Studie 'Bioaerosols and atmospheric ice nuclei in a Mediterranean dryland: community changes related to rainfall'
Taxonomic composition. Proportions of SSU and LSU reads assigned to different domains (Bacteria, Archaea, unidentified Eukaryota) and kingdoms (Metazoa, Viridiplantae, Fungi) for all aerosol samples. SSU reads of CY26 were excluded because of contamination by 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequences. Eukaryota reads, which were not assigned to a kingdom or further classified, were grouped in “unidentified Eukaryota”. The proportion of Archaea reads was < 1 % for all samples.
